              We mainly produce different series of nano-sized zirconia powders by hydrothermal method, with a designed capacity of 1000 tons, covering nearly 10 different series of powders.The hydrothermal preparation process of zirconia is obviously better than other synthesis methods, mainly in the production of smaller particle size of nano powder, particle size distribution concentration, high purity, high toughness, high permeability, high controllability and other aspects.

              In the field of biomedical materials, ceramic dental implants are the most widely used denture restoration technology in oral clinic, which can restore the normal shape and function of teeth.Zirconia material has been widely used in clinical practice because of its good biocompatibility and ability to maximize the appearance, color and luster of natural teeth.

       

             The yttrium content of zirconia powder for HEJING denture is 3mol%-5mol%. The ceramic block and denture prepared by 3mol%Y stabilized zirconia powder are mainly used for posterior teeth, because the strength is higher, the flexure strength after sintering is more than 1200MPa);Ceramic blocks and dentures prepared from stabilized zirconia powder with high yttrium content are better in light transmission when applied to anterior teeth.
